Sometimes “work” looks a little different around here. 💙

I’m editing photos on my iPad while watching my boy step onto the mat for his very first jiu jitsu class. 🥋

One of my favorite things about being a photographer, a business owner, and a mom is that I get to build a business that fits into our life—not a life that has to fit around my business.

There are plenty of late-night edits, busy days, and moments where I’m working with a little one right beside me… but there are also moments like this where I get to say, “I’m here. I get to watch this.”

And honestly? I wouldn’t trade it. ❤️

Building a business while raising my boys may not always look polished, but it’s ours—and I’m pretty thankful for that.

Sometimes the editing room looks a little different than you imagined. 🤍

My iPad in my lap, photos waiting to be edited, and my little guy sitting beside me with his head resting against my arm.

I’m building this photography business right in the middle of motherhood—and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. 🥹

Behind every gallery is a real person, a real family, and a whole lot of life happening in between. Sometimes that means editing with one hand while my toddler leans against me with the other. ❤️

This is the season I’m in. And I’m pretty thankful for it.
