Millie and I are camping by Trinity Lake enjoying a little peace and quiet. We pretty much have the whole campground to ourselves… well, except for the shoreline — somebody beat us to that spot! 😂

Everything is blooming, and the scent of the azaleas throughout the campground is incredible. The weather is beautiful, and it’s one of those perfect peaceful moments that just makes you appreciate the outdoors a little extra.

Ran into someone today while out hiking and photographing.

Took advantage of a break in the rain to get the dogs out for a walk up Clang Gulch Road. 🐾

Good company, beautiful skies, and that fresh, clean air after a storm… hard to beat a moment like that. Sometimes it’s the simple things that make the best days.
