Your wedding captured on Film

The first time I picked up a 35mm film camera at a wedding, I remember how different it felt. Digital is instant. You can check the back of the camera, make adjustments, know right away if you got the shot. Film is not like that. With film, you press the shutter and trust that what you felt in that moment is going to live on in the frame.

And honestly, I love that tension. I love that I have to slow down. That I notice the way a hand lingers on a shoulder, or the way sunlight catches a veil, or the laughter in between poses. I love the imperfections too. The grain, the little surprises, the way colors bloom in unexpected ways. Film feels a lot like love itself. Messy, beautiful, imperfect, but worth every single heartbeat.

That is why film will always be part of how I tell a wedding story. It is not an add-on or an afterthought. It is woven into every collection I offer, because your love deserves to be remembered in a way that feels timeless and honest.

Fairytales do come true 🏰

From sword ceremonies to handfasting ceremonies to shotgunned beers this wedding had everything. Anna + Maddy shared their love this past weekend at the most gorgeous venue that gave off those dream fairytale vibes. Can you believe they handmade their wedding rings just a few weeks ago? How incredible is that!
Most importantly, their fur baby Hailey was there to celebrate the entire day with them 🐾
