ROCKET SURGERY | that’s the new term my husband came up with…and it might be my new mashup🤝

You’ve heard, “it’s not rocket science” or it’s not like brain surgery” so his new term is rocket surgery 🌟

And while it’s not complicated per se, it definitely takes effort, care and time. I had someone reach out this week about how do I settle people, and my number one advice, is to be settled yourself. I know, it sounds dumb, but it’s absolutely true.

When you know your settings, you know your light set up, you know your software and processes, then you can focus on the PERSON in front of you. And that matters to me, every time.

I’m extremely grateful to be right here, today. Can’t wait to work 👏

SITE CONSULT | there’s tasks that I do in this job that are different, that I couldn’t predict. But when Chuck called about his potential dilemma, I was game.

Companies have different needs a different seasons and being ready to serve them as part of the goal.

Whether companies are new, or established, taking really good care of them is something I take pride in. So doing this on-site consult simply was fun. And meeting Chuck and Tony, well I would do it again.🤝

THOUGHTS | this trend had me giggling, but it’s so true. Keep me in your thoughts when you’re trying to make decisions about future projects.

Having a professional photographer on site either for Headshots, leadership, team, photos, working groups, lifestyle, or corporate event coverage is extremely valuable.

Did you know you can add the software or each attendee receives their headshot directly, with their name on the file?’ What is even happening y’all…service🌟.

Or where each attendee receives event photos directly? Beautiful service 🥇

It’s a beautiful service where your attendees feel valuable🤝. And we all know hiring talent is hard, well keeping talent takes intentional steps of care…which might include photos ✨

If we’re going to be with those we work with, for alot of hours of our life, let’s make it great.👏. I can’t wait to spend some time with your company and team.

EASY WORK | just kidding….standing out isn’t simple or being memorable either, but taking the time to have excellent process, response time and care…well, they all matter. 🤝

i’m super grateful to have repeat clients a year after year, and I do not take them for granted. However, it’s important to always be open to new clients and companies who need service. Making sure that I’m in a place to be seen and known so that they can choose me when those choices need to be made.

Taking really good care of people is a priority for me and I think absolutely matters. I definitely hear about people’s negative experiences regarding Headshots and photos in general.

My goal is to turn the tide so that they have a positive experience and possibly want to do it again when given the chance👏
