Heart racing, lungs drawing in as much oxygen it can get, arms and legs on FIRE 🔥. You can’t go any further. You’re gassed. The weight is too heavy. All of the sudden you hear your name. An encouraging voice speaks to your exhaustion, “you can do it!! Just one more!! Keep going! This is where the change happens!” And you did. You surprised yourself. You did more than you ever thought you could. And you’ll keep doing it over and over again.

That’s what it feels like to have , co-owner of and knowledgeable trainer, in your corner. Not only is she fierce, she’s kind, uplifting, and full of joy. She pushes you past your limits and helps you to realize your potential. And she’s got that killer bicep vein to boot. 💪🏼 💖
