She slipped on some boots and opened the door to a worldly storm. Every inch of it was covered in some way. With rain, fallen trees, and broken dreams. Her name was Hope, but her name wasn't evident. As she walked, water splashed around her. She enjoyed it for a while, but other times she focused on the details on the outskirts. Walking close to the ground, darkness covered her heart.
One morning she woke up, slipped on her boots again and kept walking. She saw a woman walking by, she smile and said hello. She walked farther and light came through the trees and shown on her face, she smiled. She remember the feeling a time before. She knelt down and prayed. With that prayer, the heavens opened. Each flower bloomed again. The trees on the ground sprouted up again. The clouds vanished and the sun shined brighter that day and the smile on her face, even more so. She held her head a little taller and felt the love of her father encircling her heart.

If sand once in a dimension was rock
What loosed it
Was it pride of strength
Loss of self control
Another force of nature
Who really knows
I stand tall
And once I did fall
A time will come when we all
Again and again
Earth's rocks will do the same
Who is the name
To free up the small
To free us all
It is Him
He's done it all
Saved us from the fall
Safety he had before time
A plan
A promise
That is His call
Suffered for all humanity
For us to stand
No matter where we land
Because of Him
One day
Kneeling at His feet
That's where I'll weep
Him smiling so sweet
A heart to burst
Spewing joy
A volcano of promise
For every girl and boy
Today I stand
Enduring well each day
For one day He'll say
You have fulfilled my way

My feet torn
All my bones worn
My brain replaced with air
What is to care
Runnin round circles
Flowers in my hair
My feet bare
Cuts bleed
His hands I need
Sew them back
Time for sunrise
Sleep my eyes
Endless light
I know my sight
Blinded by the bright
Unfocused is my lens
Faded in music
Time can never capture
Summer and it's rapture

This world is a sad and lonely place
And only one can fill the space
Melts and flows into each crack
To make all whole to save your soul
It is HE
The redeemer of the universe
The forever living God
He knows the way
He knows what to say
Each long and passing day
He's open to capture
With His words in your eye
You're joy will reach the sky

It is what it is
Whatever you choose
I've done my part
My choice to start
Yours to break my heart
To tear it apart
For the next
His to mend
Bless his soul
The man with a steady hand
One to call grand
I'll love you till you hate me
When forever is in my hand
Will you still be grand
Will I still stand
With a heart full of sand
You are one grain
So easy to loose you
You are a man
If I do
Come back
Jump in my shoe

Someday I'll wake up
Won't need no make up
When your voice is felt
My ears they melt
The sound of your smile
Close to mine
To my heart
Miles with your hands
I'll take an inch
You take it all
I hope I fall
Your eyes catch me
Whole world stops
A star as the moon
It's not even noon
Each lip locks

Older with our days
Younger with our youth
In all His ways
We show His truth.
Strong hearts,
Charitable hearts,
And hearts that lost their way
With all of them
The Lord will pray

Day by day
Whatever which way
Choice in their hands
Them in His
Free is the word
Best we've ever heard
Always His
Covered and uncovered
Mysteries and fate
All miracles
Meekness of a young child at play
All with words to say
Gratitude a virtue
With this we pray
The Lord,
day by day.
