Our first sweet home is on market. 3 minutes from Coats. If you’re like me, you probably don’t know that coat’s actually has a lot to offer for a little town. They have their own festivities. Coffee shop, gym., Italian food, Chinese and a Mexican, there’s a grocery store, thrift stores, auto stores, and the Dollar General that’s three minutes from this house has the cheapest gas around. You’re anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes away from at least four other towns central without being right in the mix.
Our neighborhood street is quiet, but the neighbors look out for each other. No HOA.
