You might already know that I'm a photographer transplanted to North Carolina from a hometown of Albuquerque, New Mexico. I use all natural-light to capture portraits of couples, kids, pets and my favorite, FAMILIES! Every family has a story. My specialty, my desire, is to always provide a family with images that tell YOUR story. I want to capture your family in it's happiest state - and I'll work

with you hand in hand to make that happen. I specialize in capturing honesty, realism, truth, emotion and connections. I capture all the little things that make your family and your journey together 100% unique and authentically you. I want you to look at the images from your time with me and vividly remember RIGHT NOW... exactly how your child sounded giggling as you tickled them silly, the way the sun felt on your skin as you watched your kids play and the way your husband blushed when I asked him to kiss you. I spent some time with this handsome guy last week for his senior portraits and had such a great time. He and his mom had the best bond - lots of genuine laughs, jokes and ridiculousness. Seeing those types of relationships gives me hope for parenting my own teens 😅

Christmas is one week away. ONE WEEK. 🤯

This year got away from me - and it marks the very first year that I didn't design and mail a card. 💌

So I'm throwing it back to 2014 and a picture from one of my favorite cards with my kids. Pretty sure we found cotton balls and glitter everywhere for a week and the following year, my daughter demanded to be Santa. 🎅🎁🎄

I had so much fun photographing this family - with kids almost the exact same ages as mine. I often miss the little kid stages but man, oh man, is this bigger kid stage sweeter than expected.

If you've been around awhile you'll know it's time for a Haunted fix! And if you're new - welcome! Settle in and enjoy a few new creepy portraits of my kids and I.

Inspiration came from a fellow photographer friend in Utah and it has stuck around - we've done these together for years now! We pick a new location each time and my kids' favorite part is they don't have to smile. As any photographer that's tried to capture their own children will understand what a gift that is. 😂

One of these years I need to print some for my walls and swap out of every day pictures from a creepy fix for the month of October.
