We have two things to let you know about.

First, we have a printer for the items we had to temporarily turn off and hope to have them up and running in the next few weeks. We are in the process of setting up the products and then testing orders to ensure the print correctly.

Second, the Canvas Posters with Hanger is being discontinued on July 3 by the printer. We will take orders until midnight EST on July 1. This ensures that your order makes it to the printers system before it is unavailable.

Due to pricing changes from our vendor, a small number of YPhoto products will only be available through May 31, 2025, temporarily. The list of affected items is below.

We are working to secure these products for the future, and will hopefully have them available again soon after the May 31 cutoff date. But for now, we encourage you to order those items asap if they were something you wanted to create. They will not be available to order after 11:59 pm PST on May 31, 2025, until we have a replacement option that has been vetted and tested.

We apologize for this convenience, which is out of our control. If you do not see the item on the list below, it is not affected. So, most books, photo prints, etc. are not impacted, and continue to be available ongoing.

IMPORTANT READ!
I just got this email from our digital corporate team and wanted to pass on this information right away to you. 👇🏻👇🏻

“We’re sending this message today about an urgent issue with YPhoto. One of our vendors that provides some of our gift items (see list below) informed us of a massive price hike that would go into effect on June 1, 2025. This would increase the cost and subsequent prices on these items by 5 or 6 times the current rate. As one example, the small, inexpensive flip book that we currently offer for about $16 would now have a wholesale price of about $75. Further, they were only willing to batch print our orders, and only print for us once a month.

Since neither of these things are good for you, our customers, or us; we are forced to sever ties with this vendor and seek out other options for these specific products. What this means is that for the items listed below, they will temporarily be available to order only until May 31, 2025. At that time, we will turn off those items, until we have a replacement option available that falls within our pricing and availability needs.
�We are already working with other vendors to secure these items, and will hopefully have them available again soon after the May 31 cutoff date, but nothing is 100% sure that we’ll have an exact replacement. But until then, we encourage you to order those items asap, and to also encourage customers to do the same. They WILL NOT be available to order after 11:59 pm PST on May 31, 2025, until we have a replacement option that has been vetted and tested.

We apologize for this convenience, but it is out of our control. The vendor is under new management, and their price increase and batch printing demands came out of nowhere. Please help us get the word out! If you do not see the item on the list below, it is not affected. So, most books, photo prints, home decor, etc. are not impacted, and continue to be available.
