🥔Give Momma Mash, 🍠Tater, and 🍠Tot a warm welcome into Purrfection’s foster program.
They were saved by a Purrfection volunteer called to a location that was reported to have seen one small kitten by a dumpster. Sadly what the volunteer found was not expected. Momma Mash was huddled with her kittens next to a dumpster, still trying to warm her three soaking wet deceased babies. Our volunteer saved her and her two surviving kittens.
The Animal Welfare Act requires you to provide food, water, and shelter to your animals. If they’re on your property, yes they are indeed yours.
We are making outdoor cat houses again to provide to our community with a donation of $20. Safe haven and the Alley Cat Project also have them available.
Please spay and neuter cats that show up seeking shelter. It will help you and them in the long run.
We are all full and overwhelmed.
This momma is still a kitten herself, and did not need to have as many litters as she’s had. She is a bundle of love and affection. She rolls around on her back while you rub her cheeks and stroke her back.
