Then & Now ❤️

Fourteen years ago, two little girls sat on a bench watching Mom and Dad share a kiss. One covered her eyes, one looked on in disbelief, and a memory was captured forever.

Fast forward 14 years... the little girls have grown up, a new sister has joined the crew, and the reactions are still just as priceless! 😂

These are the moments I love most as a photographer—not just freezing a moment in time, but getting the chance to watch families grow, change, and create new memories while honoring the old ones.

✨ Meet Jacob ✨

I am so excited to officially announce that recent high school graduate Jacob will be joining the Shea Lane Photography team! 📸

Jacob has always had a creative eye and a passion for capturing moments, and over the next few months he’ll be working alongside me to grow his skills, build his portfolio, and begin taking on sessions of his own.

In the future, Jacob will be heading to Lubbock for college to persue an agriculture degree as well as continue photography and begin shooting sessions there to earn some extra income for expenses. Until then, you’ll be seeing him behind the camera with me learning, creating, and gaining experience every step of the way.

I couldn’t be more proud or excited to watch this next chapter unfold for him. Help me welcome Jacob to the Shea Lane Photography family! 🤍📷

From tiny backpacks and playground days to caps, gowns, and senior year… these two have been side by side since kindergarten. 🥹

Through every stage of growing up—school projects, laughs, challenges, and memories—they’ve stayed constant in each other’s lives. And now, here they are, seniors, still walking through life together just like they did all those years ago.

Some friendships don’t just last… they grow. 💛
