Hi again! I’m Lydia, the owner of Lydia Anne Photography … and apparently the person who forgets to introduce herself on social media for a year at a time 😂
So here’s your official re-introduction:

We are based in Rochester, NY, but spend most weekends somewhere new photographing weddings with my amazing team beside me. What started as just me and a camera has grown into a full team of photographers + videographers capturing love stories all over New York State, Florida, and beyond ✈️

A few random facts about me:
🤍 I will absolutely cry during parent dances
🤍 I’m obsessed with candid moments over stiff posing
🤍 I probably have over 30,000 photos on my hard drive already just this year
🤍 I love anything outdoors hiking, skiing, farm life, horses, all of it
🤍 I can somehow survive an entire wedding day on Sprite and adrenaline
🤍 I care way too much about making my couples feel comfortable in front of the camera

Our style is very “real moments first.” We’re there for the emotional, messy, joyful, blink and you’ll miss it moments while also making sure you still get timeless portraits without feeling awkward or overly posed.

One of my favorite things about weddings is that no two are ever the same. One weekend we’re photographing a luxury ballroom wedding, the next we’re barefoot on a beach at sunset or running through a rainy field with a couple who’s fully embracing the chaos.
