Jackie, 41

Today is Jackie’s 41st birthday, and she decided to celebrate by doing something she had never done before… a photoshoot!

Another amazing participant in my 40 Over 40 campaign! Thank you, ladies. You make me laugh every single time, and getting to spend the day with you is honestly one of my favorite parts of this project.

Happy Birthday, Jackie! Hope 41 is your best year yet.

My 40 Over 40 Campaign is getting so close to the finish line… OMG, OMG, OMG!

Honestly, I don’t want it to end! This has been one of the most rewarding projects I’ve ever done, and meeting so many incredible women has been such a gift.

But the end also means we’re booking the last few spots and getting closer to seeing YOU featured in the magazine!

If you’ve been thinking about it, wondering if it’s for you, or waiting for the right time, send me a message. I’d love to tell you more about the experience and answer any questions you have.

I truly believe you won’t regret saying yes to yourself.

I only post photos of myself once a year for my birthday self portrait session (which, by the way, is getting pretty close)

But my talented friend Dana Andolfatto took these during a photographers’ playdate recently, and I loved them!

So, for those of you who are new here, I’m Ingrid.
I’m Colombian, and now American too by adoption , which I think is pretty amazing. Having two places that feel like home is a gift I never take for granted.

I came to the United States 13 years ago thinking I would stay for six months. Well... then I met my husband, and those plans changed pretty quickly. We built a life, started a family, and every year I continue growing a business that I absolutely love.

What I love most about this work is the people.
My favorite part of every session is watching women walk in a little nervous, unsure of what to expect, and then seeing that transformation happen right in front of me.
By the end of the session, it’s that “I feel like a million bucks” energy.

That’s why I do this.

So if you’ve been following along, thinking about booking a session someday, consider this your sign.

Come see me. Let’s create something beautiful together.

Life moves fast, trust me, you won’t regret it!

Many women who book this experience think they’re coming in for beautiful photos.

And yes, they leave with beautiful portraits.

But they quickly realize it’s so much more than that.

It’s a transformation. A confidence boost. Proof that you can step outside your comfort zone and do something just for yourself.

I’ve witnessed tears, laughter, disbelief, and those moments when a woman sees herself in a completely different way for the first time.

One of my clients said something during her photo day that really stayed with me:

“When women are going through something, we often buy a purse or a new pair of shoes. A photoshoot isn’t usually the first thing that comes to mind.”

And she’s right.

A new purse is exciting for a little while. But the way you feel when you see yourself in these images? That’s different.

Audrey, 60

She drove all the way from Odessa, TX for her 40 over 40 portrait session and brought her fiancé along for a final set of photos together. It turned into one of those sessions I’ll never forget.

Beautiful inside and out, full energy, laughter, and the sweetest human being. The photos are gorgeous, but getting to know her was the real gift.

I will be sharing more, I’m in love with all of her portraits!

Carmen, 44

This is what confidence looks like.

Most women don’t walk into my studio feeling this confident.

Being in front of a camera can be nerve wracking. I know because I’ve been there too. Almost everyone starts their session a little nervous, wondering what to do with their hands, how to pose, or whether they’re going to look good in the photos.

The good news is that’s completely normal.

As the session goes on, I guide you through everything step by step. You don’t need to know how to pose or be comfortable in front of the camera when you arrive.

And then, somewhere along the way, things start to click.

By the end of the session, you’re seeing yourself differently. And the photos? They speak for themselves.
