Some more shots from this Sunday's Midwest High School Hockey League game between the Des Moines Capitals (in white) and the Kansas City Jets. If you're not familiar with how we work, we come out to your games and only photograph players who are signed up. This past weekend, I went out to watch the games, take some pix, and show what I can do. This is not normal. I usually only photograph those who sign up.
Q: "Did you get any good ones of my kid?"
A: "Did you sign up? Because that is your answer."
Camera equipment isn't cheap. Neither is the insurance, web site, etc. Spending time editing and making sure I get the best shots for you takes time. That's why I charge a small fee.
1. We come out to your game. You can reach out to us and let us know, and we'll gladly be there. If you reach out to us, we'll send you a signup link. If not and we're planning to attend, look for announcements here. We'll also have games listed on midwestpix.gfcrew.com .
2. You sign up
3. We take the photos, cull, and edit
4. You get a text and email with the link.
No trying to get decent shots through your phone. No hoping and praying that somebody will take a photo of your kid ... and that it will be good. No missed memories of the actual play. We will be at a lot of high school games this season. If you have a child who plays you hockey or ANY OTHER sport, we'll gladly come out. I've photograph 7U sports up to and including Major League Baseball, the Iowa Wild, WNBA, and other sports.
