Mother’s Day weekend is here… and this is your friendly reminder that photoshoots with toddlers are just life ✨unfiltered✨.

We work around them.
We follow their lead.
We make it work in the middle of the meltdowns and the “I don’t wanna”s.
That’s the reality of this season, and honestly? It’s the whole point.

Photography is about capturing a moment. So as your photographer who is also a mama of 4, I want to remind you to give yourself permission to let go of “picture perfect.” The real stuff is always better anyway.

Picture this: twenty years from now, sitting with your grown baby, showing their partner the photos from when they were little. The blurry ones. The running-away ones. The “I did not cooperate at all” ones.

That chaos becomes the best story you’ll ever get to tell.

So let them be wild. Let them be silly. Let them be exactly who they are right now, because this season goes fast, and these photos are how you hold onto it. 🤍
