I recently had the honor of working with The Queensbury Hotel to document their 100th birthday and Centennial Celebration. I felt extremely grateful to be there for this occasion marking an important milestone for a landmark in our community. It was great to see many familiar faces from the community as well.
Because of the historical context of this event, I grabbed a 70-year-old camera and a roll of 120 medium format film on my way out the door. This film format was first introduced in the early 1900s. As remarkable as modern mirrorless digital cameras are, it's hard to beat the charm of black and white film and it felt fitting to document some of the event on this format.
