Help!! I ran into a problem with the girl that was to be my assistant this year and i need to fill the job in two days.

Want to go to Sturgis this year?
Do you have the TIME [ entire week 8/5 to 8/15] but NO MONEY?
Are you willing to Work as a Photographer Assistant, most of the time, in exchange for a PAID trip to Sturgis this year with some paly time.?
Are you comfortable with the Biker world and able to ride on back to locations or can bring your own Bike, gas paid.
No Photo experience needed but Sales experience would help.
Working knowledge of today's high tech world n devices is needed.
Must have valid Drivers License, Cell phone, no warrants. if you can ride a big bike, big plus.
Friendly, Outgoing, Highly motivated, fast moving, positively charged person who can work independently, think and make minor decisions on site with just basic understanding of concept.
Tasks include being on Rode side, taking Pictures , handing out Biz Cards, setting up Signs at variety of locations in the region. Possible Running a Booth in Campground alone for a day Selling Prints. Running errands, creating prints, buying equipment and supplies.
Basic transportation, camp site n food expenses paid. Paid trip up n back to Denver, if you drive the Photo Van to and from Denver. Gas paid for your own bike but not for car. Will consider Air fare to Rapid City n back for a highly qualified Photo person.
Pay will be by Commission only. You will not be paid for hours worked but will be part of even split of all sales made on site and after via web sales. .
Balance work and Play time. Flexible schedule. this is sturgis and some play time will be available to attend Concerts or Events which you will have to pay for your self. If you're good at sales and can hussle us back stage press passes to a concert, count me in, I take the picts as needed, otherwise feel free to go with my trusted friends who will be in same camping area.

Now the serious stuff:
This is a Business trip with Phat Ratt Photo, owner Ripple Ratt and other biz associates. Although it is THE Biker event to attend and party at we will be here to work, taking photos, selling prints and doing research as to the buying habits of those in attendance.
We will all be expected to act in a professional and biz like manner at all times and expect the same from persons at home upon returning. I you have a drama or jealous, un-trusting person at home that will not be able to deal with the situation of you spending a week in another state working closely with other men for 12 hours a day, riding on someone else's bike, or who will be distracting you form work with constant calls and texts while working, do not apply,
We have a job to do and petty drama will not be tolerated. If you do not do the entire time or need to return early a bus ticket will be provided and no sales commissions will be given.
Commission sales can vary greatly depending on what and how we shoot and sell prints. the shoot and sell model used in local charitable events will not work in big rallies but I have been working on some new methods on how to track people and get them to the web site to buy pictures and hopefully make some serious money this year.
That is my goal by going there this year. "To test new methods and processes and gather information and test videos from several locations for further study on solving the tracking and long term photographing issues inherent when shooting large Rallies which are not found in local poker runs."
Its the nature of the Biz and looks of my bike that we will get pulled over and or questioned on road side by police at least once that week if not daily or hourly. Make sure you carry ID, are legal and no warrants or anything illegal on you. If you cant be respectful or control your self dont expect to go. They will run our IDs. A long rap sheet is not good either. Being on paper is not allowed.
If you get jailed, I will not bail you out , unless we are in there together or its my fault somehow. be stupid and your on your own, I will leave you a bus ticket back to Denver at camp office.
No booze or drugs while working. After work u can Party like a Rock star, not paid, unless we make gobs of money then I will join you. if you party make sure u get up in the morning and have brain in tact.
Drink, Smoke pot on the job, steal, lie, vanish, lose gear, be dishonest or cause drama or trouble for me or Phat Ratt Photo intentionally etc.. and you will walk home. no tolerance.
