Mama got a new ride, crying happy tears 🤍🎉

This is SO much more to our family than a new-to-us car! God has been so good to us, and I don't ever want to take the blessings He gives us for granted. I've been extremely patient through this process and it's tested my holiness if I'm being honest, but it's been worth it! 🤪

I’ve been reminiscing SO much lately about how fast time is going. It honestly takes my breath away realizing my oldest is almost FOUR. 😭 (6 days!!)

I know photos are a luxury, and I know they aren’t something everyone can prioritize. But I can promise you one thing: you will never look back and wish you hadn’t captured this season.

Photos are one of the only ways we can truly stop time for a moment and hold onto it forever.

And that is 100% priceless. 🤍

27 🤍

This year brought more personal growth than any year before it. I’ve grown deeper in my relationship with the Lord, learned so much about patience through motherhood, and started treating my body as a temple - learning to steward it well.

I’ve also learned to listen when God redirects me, even when it means letting go of something I’ve poured so much of myself into. This next year, I am stepping down from wedding photography and trusting that God has something different ahead for me.

The thankfulness I feel when I look back over year 26 I truly become emotional and it is hard to find the perfect words. Thank you Jesus for the many things I take for granted. Keep me humble and remind me that without you I would be nothing.

So, what’s next?

Year 27, I want to get more involved in my church and my community. I want to finally start the podcast that has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember. I want to lead people to Christ, love people well, and become an even more present and intentional mom.

I don’t know exactly what this next year will hold, but I know who holds it. And that’s enough for me. 🤍
