I usually don’t share personal non work related stuff but pretty proud of the way the house is turning out. One year worth of 1 step forward 2 steps back but our new home is turning out better than we ever expected! The contractors who built this house back in the 90s should find a new profession clearly building homes is not fit for them! from plumping to electrical everything was so messed up, not to code, or just plain bizarre. To make things worse if the old home owners could fix it with bubble gum, cheep, fast or paint over it they did it It was easier cheeper and safer in most areas just to gut it completely and start over from wiring to installation everything was a hot mess. It’s pretty much a new house now. This is the family room and sunroom. I’ll share more of the rebuild soon @ Grand Blanc, Michigan
