My last lesson in my photographing people class was all about macro and abstract photography, but with people.

This past weekend, I grabbed my macro lens and took this image of my husband's eye. I was absolutely mesmerized by the colored webbing of his iris. It wasn't until I loaded it to my computer that I realized I had captured my reflection in his eye as well. So of course, I had to make it a black and white image. 😉

I was trying to get shots of two fawns chasing each other in the field, but the grass is so tall that it swallowed them up after they would leap out of it. Then they would reappear for a brief second somewhere completely off my radar. Apparently the struggle to photograph kids is not limited to human children. 😂😂

So I settled on this deer watching the chaos of the meadow zoomies.
