We’re Hiring

Okay. I think it’s time to build the team.

Aesthetic Collective is growing. Identity Haus is growing. The ideas are definitely not slowing down.

I’m looking for a couple really good humans who want to help turn those ideas into something real.

Not just “assistants.”

People who want to learn the businesses, take ownership, grow with us and eventually become the kind of person who says, “already handled it.”

You’re organized. You follow through. You like details, timelines, client communication and making sure nothing gets lost in the gap.

You’re also completely comfortable reminding me when I still owe you an answer.

Again.

This role is a huge part of keeping our events, clients and studio moving without everything living inside my brain.

If “I’ve got it” is basically your love language, this one might be yours.

This is for the person who looks at an idea and immediately starts figuring out how to make it happen.

You’re visual, hands-on and creative.

You notice when something is just a little off. You like sourcing, styling, building, setting up, moving things around until they feel right and watching the finished vision come together.

Events, shoots, sets, installations, studio projects and all the weird creative things in between.

If you’d rather be making the thing than talking about making the thing, keep reading.

Events in 2026 are feeling a little less perfectly matched and a lot more perfectly considered.

Instead, I create little moments.
