Hello everyone! For those that see this, I am posting to let everyone know that I am taking a brief social media break for my mental health. Probably about 1-2 weeks ish. I am still here to answer any questions or schedule sessions, however please either email me at [email protected] or submit a contact form on my website which is linked in my bio! I am also still available via text. Once again, if you DM me or message me on Facebook, I will not see it, so please email me! To my lovely humans that have done sessions with me lately: please feel free to still tag me in your posts, I’d love to see them when I return!

I just need to take a break for a little while from social media and focus on me for a little bit. My heart is just not in it right now and I don’t want my posts to come off that way. Once I come back, my grad postings and regular posts will resume!

Thank you for respecting this space that I need, I am still here just not via instagram or Facebook. See you in a few short weeks!
