Last week we got the opportunity to celebrate some of Grand Rapids’ most influential Women.
Fresh Coast Focal brought the stage design to life in partnership with Foster Spaces for the 2026 Women of Influence event, all in partnership with Crain’s Grand Rapids Business.
It was inspiring to be in a room full of women like that, women who make you believe that you can do it. It was an honor to hear their stories, see what they’ve accomplished, and take in their words of wisdom.
Listen, I’m just the photo booth girl, but I’ve got BIG dreams, y’all! I was already thrilled to be a part of this event, but I walked away even more energized and inspired than expected. Thank you to for creating a space where women can celebrate, inspire, and lift each other up.
and a dream come true? Getting to work alongside my dear friend Maria, co-founder of Foster Spaces, was exactly that. It was just a few months ago that we were sipping matcha and talking about how we hoped to collaborate one day, we just didn’t expect it to happen so soon! Combining both of our passions to create something so special together is an experience I’ll cherish forever.
This was our largest custom backdrop installation to date, and it was incredible to watch it turn from a proposal deck to a 10 ‘x 20’ backdrop installation. Maria’s stunning plant design pulled the whole space together, filled the room with LIFE, and together we made a statement.
