🚨 Realtors: That cheap drone guy could cost you BIG. 🚨

Hiring an unlicensed drone operator for your listings isn’t just risky for them — it can cost YOU up to $11,000 per violation, while the pilot may only face around $1,100. If you’re flying without an FAA Part 107 license yourself, fines can reach $12,100+.

And in 2026, FAA penalties can climb as high as $75,000 per violation in serious cases. 😳

The MLS, Zillow, and Facebook create a public paper trail, and it only takes one anonymous complaint for the FAA to investigate.

Before hiring a drone photographer, ALWAYS ask for:
✔️ FAA Part 107 License
✔️ Airspace authorization if needed
✔️ Professional experience & safety procedures

That “cheap” $40 drone shoot isn’t worth risking your commissions, brokerage, or reputation. Protect yourself and hire licensed professionals. At Indecisiv, we are a licensed drone photography business. Protect yourself!

The Operations Over People rule became effective on April 21, 2021. Drone pilots operating under Part 107 may fly at night, over people and moving vehicles without a waiver as long as they meet the requirements defined in the rule.
