When booking a session or event a retainer is required. When you pay your retainer fee you are securing your spot on my calendar and securing my photography services. I block off this time specifically for you. I cannot book another client during this time. In the instance of a cancellation or a no show I have los

t time that I could have filled. Should you have an emergency and need to cancel the retainer may be transferred to another date with at least 48 hours notice. The new date must be agreed upon by photographer and client. This date must be within 60 days of the original date. Sessions fees
The session or event fee covers any expenses incurred by the photographer for the set up and preparation of the session or event. It also covers the service , talent, and time of actually taking the photos. Lastly it covers the time and talent needed to prepare your images. Retouching, editing, and providing you with your images. Late Arrivals
Your session or event is to begin at the set time. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Due to time constraints sessions will be shortened appropriately in the event of late arrivals. Rescheduling
I understand sessions sometimes need to be rescheduled. I allow one complementary reschedule, to be completed within 60 days of the original session date, provided you give at least 48 hours notice. If less than 48 hours notice, it is considered a cancellation and an additional retainer will be required to reschedule. Emergency cancellation
Illness and acts of God will be given special consideration and potentially given an opportunity for rescheduling. In the event of an illness or emergency on my behalf an alternative date will be given. Intellectual property
All images are copyrighted by Ashley Human and The Human Touch Photography. Any full resolution digital files included in your package will include a print release that allows you to have your images printed. Posting screenshot or images that have been colorized, filtered or changed in any way is not permitted. Timeline
After your session your images will be added to the queue to be culled and edited. It will take approximately 2-3 weeks to deliver your proof images. Your proofing gallery will be delivered via a link from Shootproof. From this link you will choose your favorite images to be finalized. The number of images will be determined by the package you purchased. In 1-14 days you will receive a link to download your final images. Backup images
It is highly recommended that you save and backup your images in more that one location. Once your gallery is downloaded it will be archived for 6 months and then removed. After the 6 months Ashley Human and The Human Touch Photography is not responsible nor required to retain your gallery. If I have to re-upload your images to Shootproof there will be a $20 charge
