Most people think we print shirts.

We do. That's maybe a third of it.

The rest is cleaning up a logo somebody pulled off a website ten years ago. Knowing which blank holds up on a jobsite and which one shrinks after two washes. Building a size run that actually fits your crew — tall, big, women's cuts. The sizes that get worn instead of left in a truck.

It's catching a bad press before it ships instead of after. It's keeping the same logo, the same color, the same placement two years and four garments later, when nobody on your end remembers what you used last time.

And then there's the part nobody puts on a service list. Good gear is a hiring perk that costs less than a raise. It's a billboard on every jobsite, and in every grocery store parking lot on the way home. It's the reason a homeowner opens the door.

Laura's Vintage Therapy hatched this one. We brought it to life.

Someone answered...

Josh chased coffee for the better part of twenty years before he built Dialed. Eight behind the bar, ten in wholesale, a barista championship finalist who patented his own brewer. Then he came home to West Michigan.

Now he keeps the region's espresso machines running right.

He found us while driving locally in West Michigan. His team comes in, tries things on, and picks their own gear before we press it.
