I've learned how important it is for small business owners to look out for each other.

After talking with neighbors, I found several had noticed things that didn’t seem right—an open back door, people inside after hours—but no one contacted me.

This isn’t about blame. It’s a reminder that a quick call or text can make a big difference. It might have prevented the theft and damage I experienced.

We share more than a street—we share a community. If something seems off at a nearby business, please reach out. That small action could help protect someone else.

Let’s look out for one another.

If losing my dog was not enough I went to my studio and someone broke in am stole a bunch of stuff, including my lighting. Some how they have been coming and going into the studio for at least a month but this is the first time they stole anything. The woman from the dress shop said she has beeb hearing people in the at night but thought it was me. I never had this issue at my old studio

My baby Kira
June 19th- went to the vet because she was barely eating and weak

June 22nd Doctor wants an ultrasound because he did not like what they found in her blood work

June 24th she went in to have her ultrasound and when he called to say i could pick her up he said her blood test was even worse and that she had a very large aggressive cancer on her liver, and she had less than a month at the most but could go any day. He advised that since she was no longer eating the best thing to do was to let her go peacefully

June 26th at 11am we got to the vet and by 11:45am she passed away as we held her close
