Amyah you are stunning! Class of 2027

This session was one of those full circle moments that reminds me exactly why I LOVE photography.

If you know me, you know I love people. I love relationships, stories, connection, and capturing all the little things that make a season of life so special.

Kobe is Class of 2027, but in my mind, I still see him as a toddler. Check out the last 3 pictures throwing it WAY back.

His mom, Katie, and I met back in 1996 when we were dating brothers. I married one, she stood beside me in my wedding, and then she met the one who is absolutely amazing for her and I had the privilege of being in her wedding.

Through all the years, all the changes, and all the seasons of life, Katie has remained a constant. I am so grateful God brought her into my life. She isn't just a lifelong friend, she is one of those people who has been there through so many chapters of my story. We can go forever without seeing each other but the moment I see her nothing ever changes.

So photographing Kobe wasn't just a senior session.

It was a reminder of how incredibly blessed I am to have a career that allows me to capture the people who mean so much to me. To freeze these moments in time and preserve a little piece of their story.

And now… Kobe

He is the definition of an ALL AMERICAN BOY.

Handsome. Funny. HUMBLE. An incredible baseball player. ask him he's just OK... back to Humble... A fisherman. A hunter. A golfer. And just an all around great human

Honestly, I wouldn't expect anything less from a young man raised by Katie and Lee.

Kobe, I hope you always remember this season of your life and just how many people are cheering you on as you head toward what comes next.
