The last 12ish months have been a little weird.

My fiance & i both lost “the dogs we got in our 20s”, Logan and Butters.

So I did what any logical dog mom would do. I started fostering pups through El Paso County Canine Rescue

As tough as it can be, it’s helped to fill the hole in ours hearts and even brought us our first foster fail, Frankie. 🐾

It has also helped me find my purpose again, and why I love photography so much. It’s helped me give back to those who need it most, without having to send a questionnaire or invoice. These pups just show up as themselves, hoping the right person will notice them.

Pictured are some of the fosters I’ve had, and other foster pups that needed a little extra help getting adopted.
