I had a great day with everyone from Old Friends, Dr B's Bluegrass, Park Equine Hospital, and Lincoln Memorial University College of Veterinary Medicine. Nothing like racing champions, and fall in the bluegrass. Tia Chambers

Call it a frozen waterfall kick. Maybe it's just because it's getting cold. Either way, here is another Kentucky waterfall.

Flat Lick Falls this morning around 8:00 am and 10 degrees.

If you haven't been recently, it has been established as a recreational area. Parking and some facilities are available, as well as a paved path with an overlook of the falls.

The West Pinnacle was on fire yesterday...figuratively, of course...as the sun set during our hike. It was just a beautiful evening all around.
