Moms of 4 or more: Which transition of babies was the hardest for you?
Personally, 2 to 3 was SO hard for me! Maybe because I felt outnumbered? Or just the fact that I also had two toddlers and a newborn? 🤪 3 to 4 though? That was the easiest thing I’ve ever experienced! 🙌🏼

I love this 🌷 A mother is not just someone who’s carried a pregnancy. It’s someone who’s heart has grown each time someone new is brought into their lives. It’s someone who has lost and carries theirs angels in their hearts, instead of their hands. It’s someone who has nurtured without a second thought because it’s what they were made to do.

Motherhood is valuable. It’s natural, prayed for and sought after, even through the hard days and long nights.

I was recently part of an incredible, redemptive birth. This mom was laughing during her labor (yes, laughing). It was the most beautiful experience to witness.
The joy that Jesus brings into labor constantly leaves me speechless. You can tell, their body is light and their trust is unmatched.

As World Doula Week is coming to a close, I couldn’t find the right works all week to say how I felt.
As motherhood is kicking my butt some days more than others, these feelings of happiness and sorrow came over me.
I’m sure Jesus felt the same way before he died. Unsure but no doubt simultaneously.

It’s a hard place to juggle, but be encouraged! 🧡 Jesus holds the hands of moms through birth and motherhood, because He knows.
