A little hesitant in escaping my original habitat of massive gray buildings, busy streets and sounds of the daily grind...these photos express my appreciation of the nature of Long Island...its astounding landscapes...and the variety of carefree wildlife. I've been fortunate to have the opportunity to capture just a little portion of the awe through a lens. The wooden structures buried in the shoreline there are the remains of five ships that were run ashore by a sand and gravel company in the 1930s to form a harbor to protect barges transporting the sand and gravel. The ships are believed to be WWI-era wooden freighters.

Thank you for coming down to the Westhampton Beach Fine Art Festival this weekend. So nice seeing familiar faces and meeting so many new people.

I really appreciate all the support you’ve given me over the years. It means a lot when someone connects with one of my photographs enough to want it for themselves. Teaga Photo has grown so much, and I couldn’t have done it without all of you.
