First Look: At last, Equipment Day Installation has arrived! Espresso Southeast has installed our La Marzocco top-line espresso machine plus our two grinders (one for our daily blend, Oconee Coffee Roasters of Madison, and t'other for decaf, from our same supplier) plus our blender for frappes and smoothies, plus teas, cioccolata syrup (no powder for our cocoas), and flavor syrups for the java drinks, plus our baked goods display case for fresh pastries, plus plus plus! We're running through our drills and yes, of necessity, having to sample each and every coffee that pours out of the portafilters... tough job, but someone's gotta do it -- and since we've not secured our permits yet (TBR), public sales aren't yet allowed -- but soon! And, hopefully that will be a plus to our friends and neighbors here in Eatonton--making Sylvia the Ghost proud!
