kayla + brett ♡

first of all, thank you for all the love on my last post. seeing my business grow every day is more fulfilling than anyone will ever realize. i love this job and i thank my lucky stars every single day that i get to do this. i have never cried so much editing a gallery as i did with this one. kayla reached out to me for a couples session, and shortly after i got a message from brett saying he was going to propose and we immediately got to work planning to make this a surprise! i am so extremely grateful i got to capture such a special moment. ♡

returning for the third year in a row, my fall mini “pay what you can” sessions are back again this year!

i wanted to share a little bit more of why i do these sessions each year. growing up, i missed out on a lot of opportunities to have professional photos done due to not being able to afford it. even my senior photos were taken on my camera by my best friend. i know that struggle first hand, but that does not mean anyone should miss out on major life milestones being captured—especially in a digital age where everything is captured through a lens. i do these photoshoots to give back to my amazing clients, the people in the community in need, or for a young student who just wants some nice photos to post for their “senior sundays”. so reach out and book quick!

i had the absolute pleasure of flying to colorado to photograph my aunt Kate and her incredible girlfriend, Amber.
photographing couples will never get old for me. seeing love in its purest form, and creating memories that could one day be shown to future generations. THE most incredible feeling.

it was honestly impossible picking favorites from this gallery to post

this was my second time taking photos for sidney and rya and it gets sweeter every single time. as kids grow through their toddler stage, my favorite thing to do is let them lead the session. follow them around, do what they want to do. it makes for amazing photos and no tears!! it was a pleasure getting to work with them again and i was so so happy with the result ❤️💐
