What’s your preference? First look or first touch? Personally, I love both!! There’s no right or wrong. First looks allow you to spend more time together before the ceremony. First touches allow you to have a sweet moment but still have the anticipation of seeing each other at the ceremony!! As a photographer, I don’t try to pressure you into one or the other. It’s your day and should be what you want as a couple!

My honest opinion… if you have to splurge on anything, make it newborn photos.🤍 This is the smallest they will ever be and I promise, you will never regret booking the session.

So many of my new parents come back a few months later and talk about how much their babies have grown since their newborn photos. And it’s so true. You blink and suddenly they aren’t your cuddly tiny newborn anymore.🥺

A little backstory on posting these because this session was actually a while ago. I searched “newborn” in my camera roll to find these photos and let me tell you… the EMOTION that flooded me when my phone pulled up all the photos of both of my boys as newborns.🥺 Time is such a thief.😭

So here’s your sign to schedule the newborn session. From a mom of two toddlers who would give anything to freeze those tiny newborn days for just a little longer.🥲❤️‍🩹
