The human body is a vessel of immense intelligence, strength, and resilience.
It holds stories, memories, energy, and emotion—constantly shifting, constantly adapting. What often gets overlooked is how much power already lives within it. It doesn’t need to be “fixed” or “changed” to be worthy. It needs to be honored, listened to, and moved with intention.

Through yoga, we return to that truth.

Every pose, every breath, and every mindful transition is an invitation to reconnect—to witness the body not just as a physical form, but as a powerful force for healing, grounding, and growth. Movement becomes more than exercise; it becomes empowerment. It becomes the language we use to speak to our inner strength, to liberate stored tension, to reclaim space—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Yoga doesn’t give us power.
It reminds us we’ve had it all along.

✨ Introducing: Aperture & Abstract Co. ✨

After 13+ years of photographing people and brands, things are shifting.

I’m excited (and honestly a little nervous) to officially introduce you to Aperture & Abstract Co.—a space that reflects not only the work I do, but the artist I’m becoming. This new chapter expands beyond photography into mixed media, creative consulting, and eventually, limited print releases.

While I’ve always been a practicing artist, I’m now intentionally carving out more time to experiment, refine, and develop. That means I’ll be available at a very limited capacity for photography and consulting as I focus on the evolution of my work.

When I release prints & pieces, they’ll be small-batch and intentional—no mass production, no rush. Just meaningful work, when it’s ready.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me from Beth Shoemaker Photography to now. I’m still here, just slower, deeper, and more abstract than ever.
