It became even more so after I had our three children. My love of photography began in school and grew after we had our three children. I realized how important it was to capture life’s little moments through the lens of a camera. Some of my favorite shots are candid shots capturing my children having fun and loving life. I taught high school science for 9 years before staying home with our three

children 6 years ago. Now that our children are getting older and into school, I realized it was time to continue my passion of photography.

Growing up my Dad always had season tickets to the Chiefs games. It was something fun my sister and I would get to do with my Dad. A few times a year he would get tickets to some of the best seats in the stadium, front row right next to the tunnel! We would give the players high fives and get countless gloves from the players. My sister always collected those player’s gloves and sweat bands, while I always took my camera and took photos. These are some of the photos I took during those special times. We got to be up close to some of the best players in the history of the game like Trent Green and Tony Gonzalez! I thought how perfect to share these pictures in honor of the Chiefs heading to the Super Bowl! Go Chiefs!

My favorite thing to do on vacation is take pictures at the beach. I love to see how much the kids have grown with these pictures. One of my favorite type of picture to capture is the kids looking out into the ocean. Usually it takes a million photos to get that one photo but it's priceless to me to have that one photo. Will I make them capture this one photo as they get bigger, absolutely! Will they hate me for it and recreate this picture when they are grown and have families of their own to make fun of mom, of course! But that's ok, I will hold these photos near and dear to my heart.
