A few weeks ago, Noah reached out to me and asked if I would photograph him proposing to his girlfriend, Sara. Of course I said yes! They had been house hunting for a while and toured this one (that just so happened to be owned by friends of mine) and loved it, but then Noah told Sara that the house had sold. And it had sold...to him! He kept it a secret since April and brought her to the house on Saturday and asked her to marry him right in front of the front porch steps. The first words I heard Sara say, through tears, when she got out of the truck were “Are you lying?!?” Noah proposed and said "I told you I'd buy you a house." 🥹
A butterfly was flying around them the entire time, even up to the moment Sara opened the front door of the house to go in, where both sets of parents had been excitedly hiding out inside. I thought that was such a beautiful sign. 🦋
