So many young people grow up only seeing their struggles… their environment… their limitations… their pain… or the labels placed on them by others.

But what if they were given the opportunity to see something greater within themselves?

That is the heart behind Reflections of Me.

Reflections of Me was created to help youth visually reflect the future they see for themselves through artistic storytelling, photography, and creative expression.

For some, that reflection may look like a future doctor, athlete, entrepreneur, artist, leader, or changemaker.

For others, the vision is deeper than a career.

Sometimes the reflection is confidence.
Healing.
Purpose.
Self-worth.
Hope.
The belief that they can become more than what they’ve experienced.

This initiative is about helping youth see it… so they can begin to believe it.

Because the way a child sees themselves matters.

Every child carries a vision.
Every child deserves to feel seen.
Every reflection matters.

Through her Reflections of Me portrait, we’ve captured more than just an image—we’ve artistically brought her vision to life. This is more than a photo; it’s a visual representation of her future, a reflection of the doctor she is becoming.

Kai believes that visualizing her success is the first step to achieving it, and this project has allowed her to confidently step into that vision. She embodies resilience, passion, and determination, proving that no dream is too big when you see yourself in it.

Every month, the Reflections of Me Youth Project highlights an inspiring young individual who embodies confidence, determination, and a passion for making a difference. This February, we celebrate Colston Weary, a dedicated athlete with his sights set on Major League Baseball.
