FREE! Scary Christmas Story
During the Yuletide days of 2013, sitting alone in our living room, a Christmas story came to me about a coyote that protects little children. I wrote the story in an hour; the photo illustrations required a trip to San Antonio, and day on my belly in the sand at Henderson Point on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
The scary Christmas story is from the second chapter of The Gospel of Matthew.
A child of immigrants became the target of a vindictive government’s henchmen. Great power directed horrible intent towards a defenseless baby. In my story the lowly and outcast becomes a hero of service.
