KK and BT are married!

They spent the day adventuring into the Crested Butte high country where the early season snow had recently fallen, seeing a big bull moose and exchanging vows in front of their favorite people. What an epic day!

Allie and Frank are married and WOW was their day incredible!

As Colorado locals, they knew that mountain weather could be wild, and when it was WILD, they 100% embraced it, like the adventurous people that they are! 👏🏻 👏🏻

When I say it was a struggle to choose just a few photos from their preview to post, that is an understatement! So obsessed!

While in Ouray for an elopement, I decided to take a day to do my all time favorite hike and spend some time in my favorite place. Blue lakes is less than 3 hours from my house, but it’s not a short or easy hike, so it takes some commitment. It rained (poured), the sun came out briefly and it was overall so so amazing!

A special shoutout to Marissa and Bobby for being my models at one of the overlooks. I brought my camera, intending to get some landscape shots, but I couldn’t help but want to get some beautiful people in from of my camera, and this awesome duo was so sweet to be willing to let me photograph them! They also took a photos of me and Scout with my phone so I had more than selfies. The last few photos are cell phone pics, but I’m so happy to have them🫶🏻

This part of Colorado will always have my whole heart!

The most EPIC moody elopement day in the San Juan mountains!

Congrats again Emily and Jonah! Your elopement day was an absolute dream! 🏔️ 🌧️ 🍂

I will no longer be photographing elopements anywhere but the San Juan mountains… Just kidding! But seriously, please give me all of the San Juan mountain elopements! I grew up exploring these mountains and they still have my heart!

Jenn and Brandon couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful day to get married in their favorite place. ❤️

A few highlights from their day:

1. The most epic first look with autumn colors and low clouds creeping onto the mountain towering above them. 🍂 ⛰️

2. Their dogs walking down the aisle and signing the marriage certificate, dressed for the occasion! 🐕 🐶 🐕

3. A very naughty and very hungry fox, crashed the party and did its best to steal some tasty pizza. 🦊

4. An epic and very well executed first dance 🕺🏼 💃

All in all an absolutely wonderful day!

Very impromptu session with my 9 year old behind the camera! It had been a while since she’d wanted to go with me on a shoot, but on a random Tuesday, she wanted to come with me! After the shoot, I set the settings up for her and gave her my 2nd camera.
