In my twenties, I worked on Wall Street. In my thirties, I traveled the world studying marine biology and exploring life beneath the surface of the ocean.
Then, just weeks before turning 40, my life changed instantly.
Without warning, I suffered a stroke caused by a ruptured AVM — a rare tangle of blood vessels in the brain. I was healthy, active, and simply going about my normal morning when everything changed.
Recovery forced me to rebuild my life in ways I never imagined.
Now, in my forties, I’ve created this foundation to turn that experience into something meaningful — combining my background, my recovery, and my purpose into a mission focused on creating real impact.
This is a look at the beginnings of that journey.
