Hey everyone. It's Susan.

So I just got word that someone is getting spam emails with a title of "Pics" from someone using my name but using random email addresses ... that hopefully everyone would recognize as SPAM.

It went to his spam folder but just in case, I wanted to post here that if you would get an email showing from my name but not one of my email accounts PLEASE do not open the attachment and possibly even report it.

Hope you all are doing well. It's been a while. We both are just in different phases of life so photography has taken a back burner.

Let me know if you do get anything SPAM like with my name. I certainly hope not. That is so frustrating.

So as you all have most likely noticed. We have slowed down quite a bit the last couple years. It has been a combination of things. But a big part, has been us being in a different time in our lives.

We have been so blessed to have done this business for 17+ years for so many of you. We have enjoyed every second of it. We both struggle to say we are done. We tell one another we think it’s time to retire but then we get pulled back in when asked lol. We can’t seem to say no.

So we have both agree’d. We won’t do as much as we used to. But we will here and there. And today was one of those sessions. We just could not say no to this special young lady. And we enjoyed it so much.

One more for the night....and another friend to my son, Connor. This is Ryan Keller. He has been one of Connor's friends for as long as I can remember. ALWAYS positive and smiling even when things are tough. I don't think I have ever seen him not smiling. He was the school mascot. It was the perfect role for him. I still remember one of the games we were freezing....and he brought me a hot cocoa. And I believe he was the one that started the name "Mama Toon" that then spread through the whole guy group.

This has been a year of seniors that are very special to my family, being some of my son Connor's closest friends for years.

This is Sam Everson. Such a sweet guy. We got to watch him on the football field for the last couple years (minus this one sadly due to the virus). He loves the sport, and great at it! I hope that he goes on to playing for the college he chooses.

I'm so behind on posting some of our sessions. So let's get back at it with this one.

This is Isaac. A senior at Edgewood High School. He LOVES football, and being a part of the team. He holds such a positive mindset. He shared with us that when you love something you don't give up, you keep pushing and investing, even when let down or disappointed. I was in awe with our conversations. We truly enjoyed our time with him and his mom.

Today I wanted to highlight this senior. This is Arik of Fairfield High School!

It was such an enjoyable time with him and his mom.
I still giggle at his reaction to doing a more serious look.
He says "I can't do that". He just couldn't stop smiling and we loved it. His happy personality was infectious.

One of the greatest joys of being a photographer is when your own kid's have special milestones to capture. And this year is our son's. It's Connor's senior year. And he's our baby. Oh and this one is hitting this momma hard, because he is our last one graduating high school and then off to college. And of course I took WAY too many to even possibly share So I picked just some of my favs.

The 2021 Graduates have been scheduling like crazy. And this year, with my son being a senior...I have been able to schedule in some of his close friends. Which is so much fun. I've been able to watch them grow up through the years and be called "Momma Toon". And now they are all graduating, having those college visits and sadly I think my house will become quiet from all the guys over.

I cannot wait to continue to share some of these senior sessions with you. Starting with this guy. Not only is he a good friend of Connor's....but his mom is a very special friend to me. We both teamed up to get those genuine smiles and laughs (and a couple eye rolls I'm sure lol). I cannot wait to see which college he picks and continue to watch his future unfold.
