It was such an honor to celebrate both sides of this sweet baby boy’s heritage. I’m so grateful to be a small part of capturing his journey, his family’s history, and the beautiful cultures he will grow up knowing and loving. ❤️

Happy Tuesday! I hope everyone enjoyed their Labor Day weekend. Mine was very eventful, fully booked, and busy—and I’m incredibly grateful! I have officially entered my busiest season of the year. Today will be filled with editing, catching up, and sharing a few updates.

A quick booking update: Regular sessions are temporarily on hold. 🫣 With only four months left in the year—and already 75 Christmas sessions booked—I need to pause and reevaluate what I can realistically take on.

I always want to balance my schedule carefully and give every family the time and experience they deserve. I never want to make promises I cannot keep, so this pause will help me determine whether I can safely open any additional dates.

Every once in a while, I receive a Custom Newborn request that gives me the opportunity to create something completely unique. 🥹

These sessions usually start with an idea—then the parents and I brainstorm, gather meaningful props, research outfit styles, and slowly watch that idea come to life.

When this little guy’s parents came to me wanting to celebrate both sides of his heritage, I immediately loved the vision. ❤️ The goal from the beginning was to create a setup honoring each heritage individually—and then bring the two together in one image to represent all the beautiful pieces that make him him.

🇵🇷 + 🇲🇽 ❤️

Seeing everything finally come together was so special.

Because these aren’t just newborn photos. Someday, he’ll be able to look back at these images and see pieces of where he came from, the cultures and traditions his family carries, and just how loved and celebrated he was from the very beginning.

And that might be my favorite part of what I do—knowing that for a tiny moment, I get to help create a piece of a family’s history. 🥹❤️

Santa’s workshop is getting BUSY, and he needs a few extra little helpers to get those toys packed, the sleigh loaded, and everything ready for Christmas Eve. 😉🎅🏼

These sessions are meant to be FUN, playful, and full of personality — because what’s better than letting your little one actually become one of Santa’s elves for the day?! ❤️

🎅🏼 Elf outfits are included and available in sizes newborn through 14T, so all you have to do is bring your little elf and let the Christmas mischief begin!

Yesterday I confidently said we were going to talk about Christmas… 🎄

Yesterday also confidently said no we are not. 😂

Between editing, updating my editing list, answering messages, and getting back into our school-year routine, the day completely got away from me.

SOOOO… we’re giving it another shot today. 😂👏🏻

Happy Thursday! ☀️

I’m spending this morning catching up on messages and trying to convince my body that we are morning people again. 😂 My girls went back to school yesterday, so we’re officially back to alarms, school mornings, and adjusting to a whole new routine.

As summer starts winding down, I couldn’t resist sharing one of the CUTEST little Stitch sessions. 💙🌺 Seriously… the tiny sunglasses?! 😭

After a jam-packed weekend of sessions, today is officially a catch-up + editing day over here! 🫶🏻

I can’t stress enough how CUTE these came out! 😭✏️🎒📚

This was my first year offering Back to School Mini Sessions, and now I’m kicking myself for not making back-to-school photos a tradition with my own girls sooner. 🥹

There’s just something so special about capturing who they are at the beginning of each school year—their little personalities, their style, and all the excitement for what’s ahead. And we all know how much they can change in just ONE year. 🥺

Safe to say… Back to School Minis are officially becoming a yearly tradition around here! 🫶🏻📚✏️

I already can’t wait to see how much all these little faces have grown when we do it all over again next year. 🥹❤️

For some, Back to School has officially begun! ✏️📚❤️

Here in NWI, our first day has looked a little different this year. After the crazy weather that came through our area, some homes and schools have been without power for nearly two weeks, causing the start of the school year to be delayed. 😬

I’m extra thankful we were able to squeeze in these Back to School Minis before all the craziness began! 🌈✏️

So many personalities, smiles, milestones, and little details captured to look back on one day. Because somehow, they always seem to grow a little too much between that first and last day of school. 🥹❤️

Here’s to a bright new school year filled with learning, big personalities, new adventures, and lots of memories along the way! 🍎📚✨
