I had the sweetest time with this beautiful family during their Christmas session at Carol Sue Farms. The holiday season always brings a little extra sparkle, and these moments with their two precious girlies and their adorable pup were pure joy.

Watching the girls run through the blueberry bushes, giggle together, and love on their sweet puppy dog perfectly captured the heart of this season! Cozy moments, togetherness, and memories that feel like home!

Feeling so grateful for families like this who trust me to freeze these special moments. ❤️📸

What a day! I just wrapped up the sweetest Christmas mini sessions with Restored Coffee Co. at beautiful Carol Sue Farms, and my heart is so full. This entire month has been packed with the most wonderful families, couples, babies, and kiddos — and I truly mean it when I say I’m grateful for each and every one of you. Your smiles, your energy, your trust in me to capture your memories… it means more than you know.

And now… the real marathon begins. Time to dive into editing sixteen galleries — yes, sixteen — and gear up for one more round of minis this Friday. ☕️📸 If you need me, I’ll be over here glued to my desktop, fueled by holiday cheer and probably a questionable amount of caffeine.

Still swooning over my most recent maternity session in Wrightsville Beach. The soft coastal light, the sweetest glowing mama, and the most peaceful evening.

And as if it couldn’t get any more magical… we even got to capture the Beaver Moon rising. ✨🌕

Nights like this remind me why I love what I do — preserving little moments that feel like pure magic.

Fun Fact: The Beaver Moon is the November full moon, traditionally named by early North American tribes because it marked the time when beavers were most active preparing for winter. It’s known for rising big and bright in the late fall sky!

Some sessions just hit differently — and this one did exactly that. ✨ Every once in a while, I get a session that reignites my creative spark, and this moody downtown Wilmington shoot was one of those ones. The textures, the colors, the energy - everything came together in such an effortlessly raw and artistic way.

It reminded me how much I love stepping outside the usual every once in a while and creating something with a little more edge, mood, and story.

🍂 Fall senior sessions are in full swing! I’ve been absolutely loving all the golden light, salty air, and breezy beach vibes that come with this season’s sessions. There’s just something so special about mixing fall warmth with coastal sunsets. Pure magic!

But, if you didn’t book a fall senior session, don’t worry! 🌸 Spring is also an incredibly popular (and beautiful!) time for senior photos. Think blooming flowers, soft light, and that fresh, new-season energy. It’s the perfect way to celebrate the final stretch of senior year.

I’m also so excited to be shifting into family and holiday sessions soon! 🎄✨ These are some of my favorite moments to capture—lots of laughter, love, and a little bit of magic that only this time of year brings.

What an honor it was to photograph this beautiful senior! 🌟 I’ve known her since she was in elementary school, and watching her grow into the smart, kind, and confident young woman she is today has been such a joy.

We had the perfect day split between the park and the beach—two backdrops that matched her personality perfectly: calm, vibrant, and full of life. 🌳🌊
