Photographers, it's time! Our Fall Truck Rental at Bluestem Acres is officially open for booking.

✨ On-Site Rental Only
✨ Private shooting location
✨ Dedicated parking spot for you and your clients
✨ Setup is fully styled and ready upon arrival
✨ We handle setup and takedown — all you have to do is show up, capture your session, and head home!

The available dates and time slots listed are the ONLY dates we will have available for this setup. We will not be adding additional dates, so once they're gone, they're gone.

📍 Please note: This setup is located on private property. The address will be included in your booking confirmation after you reserve your spot. We ask that you do not share the location with anyone who is not booked for a session. This helps us respect the property owners and maintain access to this beautiful location for future rentals.

📸 I've also shared sample images from the photographer who captured these sessions at Bluestem Acres. You are welcome to use those images for advertising purposes, but the photographer's watermark must remain on the images. If you'd prefer, you're always welcome to use your own images instead.

📢 Bluestem Acres – Important Reminders for All Photographers & Clients

As we head into our busy season, we’d like to remind everyone of a few important policies to help keep Bluestem Acres safe and enjoyable for everyone.

🚭 Bluestem Acres is a NO SMOKING property. This is for the safety of our guests, our livestock, our family, and our land—especially during dry conditions.

• Land rentals are for designated photography areas only. Our property is not open for full access.
• Please do not take photos in our backyard or on our personal property. Those areas are private and reserved for our family.
• Please do not climb on the hay bales. Climbing damages the protective netting and ruins the hay.

Please read carefully and comment with your initials below once you’ve read and understand them. Thank you for your cooperation and support!

• Pick up at Oak & Ember Creative Studio in Moore
• Take it to the location of your choice
• Includes the entire evening rental period
• Perfect for photographers wanting multiple sessions in one evening
• You will be responsible for setup, takedown, and returning it to the studio

✨ On-Site Rental – $99 Per Hour
• Located at our private designated location
• We set everything up for you before you arrive
• We take everything down when you’re finished
• Simply show up, photograph your clients, and leave
• No hauling, setup, or cleanup required
