Congratulations Andrew & Taylor!!💍
BACKSTORY:
Andrew sent me a secret text a few weeks prior asking if I was free to capture this beautiful moment with friends and family at sunset. He planned to grab some gelato and take a horse carriage to a beautiful cove down the street where he would propose.
As the photographer, I never want to ruin the surprise by calling or texting the day of!! So naturally I had to act like the secret service and move in silence 🥷I had him share his location so I can be in position. When he arrived at the gelato spot, he was so nervous! I could see him looking around trying to see if I was actually there. I hid in the bushes, behind trees, and looked like a private investigator with my lens sticking out of the car window 🤣 But after they finished and were ready to take the horse carriage, I had to sprint back to the car and drive to the actual proposal spot. Luckily was my getaway driver and pulled off on the side of the road so I could grab a few shots on the way.
We arrived at the site and waited for the rest of the moment to unfold! Their families set up a cute space with candles, flowers, champagne, and their son gave Andrew the ring when it was time.
