These are the photos I live for.
The perfectly posed photos are great, sure. But give me the chaos. Give me the guys who have known him forever, hyping him up, making him laugh, and deciding that the best possible photo opportunity is to pick him up like he weighs absolutely nothing.
Because years from now, this is the stuff you’ll remember.
The people. The laughter. The ridiculous moments that definitely weren’t on the timeline.
And apparently… the heavy lifting. 🍻🤵🏻‍♂️

I'm probably not the photographer for you if you want someone to simply show up, shoot a list of poses, and disappear.

But if you want someone who will help you create a wedding timeline that actually allows you to enjoy your day…

Who will make sure you get those holy-sh*t-we-look-good portraits…

Who will notice the moments happening around you…

Who will help you feel comfortable in front of the camera…

And who genuinely wants to know you two, not just your wedding date…

Then we should probably talk.

She looked like a woman standing on the edge of an entirely new chapter — equal parts excitement, nerves, and holy smokes, this is actually happening.

The dress. The veil. The flowers. All the little details she spent months dreaming up.

But this?

This is the part I want you to remember.

The way you felt before you walked toward the person you chose for forever. 🤍

Because bridal portraits aren’t just about showing off the dress.

They’re about freezing the woman who wore it — exactly as she was, right before everything changed.

A few days before this wedding, I texted David, their photographer, essentially:

“Don’t f*** this up.” 😂

Because this wasn’t just another wedding.

I coached Justin in high school tennis, and he was one of those kids who just stuck with you. One of my favorites. He also spent approximately a hundred hours on the couches in my classroom…

Napping.

I mean… studying. Obviously. 😂

So when the kid who used to hang out in my room and hit tennis balls with me was suddenly getting married, there was absolutely no way I was going to treat this like just another Saturday.

There’s something really special about getting to photograph the people you once knew as kids as they step into these huge chapters of their lives.

While I couldn't photograph the wedding personally, I'm really glad I got to kind of be a part of this chapter.

Congratulations Sydney and Justin!

And David- you did great as always!
