We are officially in the -ber months but it’s not feeling very brrrr to me 🥵

Thankful for pretty places like the botanical gardens that offer plenty of shade! The gardens are perfect for so many different types of sessions, currently heading there now for a sweet maternity sesh 🥰

I’m definitely ready for some cooler weather, but not quite ready to say goodbye to all the flowers🪻🌸🌺🌷🌼

Working with the girls verses the guys on a wedding day is a whole different vibe! You go from pretty dresses and mimosas, to ci**rs and “let’s see how high we can throw him” real quick 🙈

I still feel like I’m playing catch up after my husbands health scare, and today I realized I never got to share any photos from Millie’s senior session 😱 Sooo to make up for it, here’s (several 😆) of my favs from her gorgeous gallery 🫶

Thank you Millie and all of the girls on my team for being so understanding this month. Not only did they go with the flow regarding any reschedules, they also bought my family dinner one night 🥺 I was blessed with the best this year 🥰

Even on the Saturdays I'm not at a wedding, I'm still doing something wedding related...and that's just how I like it 😍 This Saturday is dedicated to the Morlocks! Their late summer wedding was simply perfect ✨

I always appreciate the thought put into the details, details that aren't always noticed right away but change the feel of the whole day. Their invitation suite was one of my favorites of the year and the florals, draw dropping 😍 I'm a flower girl through and through and they did not disappoint ✨

Nothing like flower field pics to make you smile 🥰 I have the best team this year and how they handled this session was proof! Did it rain about 15 minutes after we started? Yes 🙈 Did we have to take shelter in cars, under trees, and in carports? Also yes 🙈 But the waiting was worth it and we got some super cute photos with the prettiest lighting 🙌

It’s a wedding Saturday and this time I’m headed to Tennessee! I love getting to visit new to me venues, it pushes my creativity in the best way 💞

Today was my first Saturday NOT at a wedding after 6 in a row 😳 It was certainly a change of pace and very much needed. I started out my day going to the farmers market, checking out a new coffee spot, then coming home and cooking breakfast. All things I haven’t been able to do in quite some time 🙌

While I’m thankful for the time off, I’m also so very thankful for all of the sweet couples I’ve worked with this Summer 🩷 I am full of gratitude and recharged for another month full of new and old faces in front of my lens 📸
