Hey sweet Attic Renters, Happy Summer! ☀️ Just a few quick housekeeping notes to help keep our sweet attic studio in great shape for everyone who creates here ✨
➝ Respect the Space: If anything gets damaged during your session - furniture, props, gear, backdrops, or otherwise - please let us know right away. We would much rather you tell us something got damaged during your time in the space, rather than finding it after your session. We get it: accidents happen, and we’re never here to shame or blame. Being upfront helps us repair or replace things quickly so the space stays safe, beautiful, and fully functional for everyone. 🤍
➝ Furniture & Floors: Our 100+ year-old pine floors are part of the charm, and we want to preserve them! Please lift furniture with a friend instead of dragging it to avoid scratches or dents. ✨
➝ Paper Backdrops: We take pride in our seamless paper backdrops - & you should too! 😉 Please be gentle when pulling them up or down to avoid tears. If a snag happens, no worries at all - just let us know asap so we can trim it clean for the next guest. ⚡️
➝ Reset the Space: At the end of your session, please return all furniture and props to where you found them. With back-to-back bookings, your help keeps things running smoothly and ensures the studio is ready for the next artist. 📸
